Franziska Holmes, short Biography
Grew up in Germany, trained and qualified there as a Physio in 1975. Came to Great Britain in 1976 and enrolled as a State Registered Physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
Has worked in private practice since 1983 after NHS hospital employment in England and Wales.
Founder Member and Past Chairman of the CSP's special interest group for Craniosacral Therapy; in 1993 she completed a one year postgraduate training in this discipline and has since taken many advanced courses. She also holds certifications in other specialist health techniques.
Extensive work with horses in the 1990s led to fine-tuning of methods because of the sensitivity of animal responses. This has been invaluable in influencing her approach to human health.
Franziska is married to Steve Holmes of www.cvservices.net and has three grown up children.
