Steven Holmes
Owner

Early 50's. Born Yorkshire, brought up near London, studied philosophy at Sussex University starting in the heady days of 1968; refused to carry "Little Red Book" or quote from Trotsky and continued this rebellious theme by refusing to be impressed by the Thatcher revolution. Currently not impressed by sharks masquerading as dolphins in the business world.

Lover of chamber music of the main classical period with quite a substantial collection (No 1 Desert Island Disk would be Grumiaux's Bach Partitas); lives quiet life near Oxford with wife who is a craniosacral physiotherapist; no kids at home, thank God; enjoys decent food but not much of a drinker; drives Audi A3.

Does not even own a television set; main dislike is superfluous chatter and anything that promotes image over substance; believes that a great CV must always have the "ring of truth".

Mark Counsell has been working with Steve since 1997. After e-business consulting in Manchester in the UK, Mark moved to Calgary in Western Canada.

Mark consults globally and travels between the US, Europe and the Middle East, enjoying the Rockies when at home.
